Concrete Works
Our works include formwork, reinforcement, concrete placing and finishing. We have trained and experienced general operatives, bricklayers, shuttering joiners, steel fixers and the supervisory and engineering staff to ensure perfect delivery. Our construction experts fully understand concrete and how best to work with it in the challenging Scottish climate.
Ground Works
A key aim is to contribute to projects in a sustainable way; that minimises waste and environmental impact and provides added value for our clients.
Working together with client project design teams, we can deliver savings through value engineering. We provide optimum earthworks solutions by using and combining computer ground modelling technologies, our 'muckshifting' experience, a detailed understanding of remediation techniques and local knowledge.
Deep Drainage
We have extensive experience in the delivery of foul and stormwater drainage systems and a practical understanding of site hydrology. We work closely with project teams and suppliers to provide cost effective and practical solutions and coordinate and work with statutory organisations to ensure incident free working.
Ground conditions can vary and we install drainage in conditions ranging from rock to peat, tidal areas and contaminated soils. This experience means we have the expertise to overcome your difficult ground conditions. Where required we work with specialists providing micro-tunnelling and thrust boring solutions.
Substation Works
We provide civil engineering around the site, including access, drainage, fencing and structures. This holistic approach to our work enables CELL to deliver each element of work ourselves, reducing risk for the client and minimising disruption or delays on our projects.
